In chiropractics, pain management, and rehabilitation, our primary providers are Dr. Vaughn Brozek, Dr. Lance Miller, Dr. Chelsea Kohutek, and Dr. Al Daniel. Dr. Brozek is also a Nurse Practitioner and provides family and acute care with our Family Nurse Practitioner, Diana Wilemon.
