Our interdisciplinary team recognizes that every patient and situation is unique and requires individual attention. We offer multi-faceted services to build a plan to address your pain.
In addition to caring for personal injury and pain management, we’re a non-emergency clinic that also provides physical rehabilitation and preventative care for optimum health and wellness for all ages.
North Texas Clinic and Rehab was founded in 2016 by Dr. Vaughn Brozek and Dr. Lance Miller. Our medical staff consists of a dedicated team with 75 years of combined clinical experience.

What Our Patients Can Expect
Our non-emergency clinic provides a variety of services and interventions that never rely on a “one size fits all” approach. After a full assessment, we develop customized plans based on each person’s unique situations and needs.
Our patients can expect a broad range of care that includes:

- Family medicine and primary care
- Work-related injuries
- Personal injury, including auto accidents, falls, etc.
- Physical rehabilitation using sports medicine, massage therapy, and other services
- Family chiropractic treatment
- Stem cell therapy
- Hormone therapy and medical weight loss
- Assessments, on-site labs, and other diagnostic practices
- Specialist and attorney referrals
Affordable Healthcare
Thanks to years of knowledge of the complex healthcare system, we can provide these services at affordable rates.

Our non-emergency clinics accept most medical insurance policies, Medicare/Medicaid, and supplemental plans.
For work-related injuries, we are an experienced workers’ comp clinic that can help you navigate paperwork to get the financial support and healthcare you need.
We can also offer attorney referrals for work-related or personal injuries, as needed.
You don’t have to suffer alone. Our expert caregivers can help you and your family with your health and wellness needs.
