North Texas Clinic and Rehab was founded in 2016 by Dr. Vaughn Brozek and Dr. Lance Miller. Our medical staff consists of a dedicated team with 75 years of combined clinical experience.

Dr. Vaughn Brozek

Dr. Vaughn Brozek, FNP-C, DC
Nurse Practitioner, Chiropractor

Dr. Vaughn Brozek first attended Parker Community College and graduated from Texas Tech with his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1995. He then received his FNP-C certification from Western Baptist University.

Receiving his Nurse Practitioner certification allowed Dr. Brozek to provide a broader range of care.

His mission is to always put patients first by ensuring they receive comprehensive medical attention. He recognizes that medication alone is rarely enough to treat pain and illness.

With his vast knowledge and experience, he is able to both heal and educate his patients so they can lead a pain-free and healthy life.

Dr. Lance Miller

Dr. Lance Miller, DC
Chiropractor

Dr. Lance Miller grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. After graduating high school at Trinity High School, he attended Parker Chiropractic College, earning his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2007. He has been a practicing family chiropractor for 15 years.

Dr. Miller is not only passionate about healing pain; he wants to prevent future problems by teaching his patients proper exercise, posture, and stretching and providing preventative care.

As a dedicated practitioner of healthy living, he spends his free time weight lifting, exercising, and playing sports. He is married and has two kids.

Dr. Lance Miller
Dr. Chelsea Kahutek

Dr. Chelsea Kohutek, DC
Chiropractor

After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a specialization in Molecular Biology from Texas Lutheran University near her hometown of Luling, TX, Dr. Chelsea Kohutek moved to DFW to continue her education. She graduated from Parker University with a Doctor in Chiropractic and a Master of Science in Clinical Neuroscience. She then interned at the VA hospital in Dallas, TX, and has been a practicing chiropractor for almost two years.

In addition to her degrees, she has completed her Primary Care Migraine Certification and Dry Needling Certification.

With a keen interest in neuroscience, Dr. Kohutek continues to learn about how damage to the brain affects the entire body’s ability to interpret and respond to daily activities and life. She also plans to pursue a certification in functional medicine and loves to work with veterans.

Diana Wilemon, MSN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner

Diana Wilemon is a dedicated nurse with an extensive background in healthcare. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from UT Arlington in 2019 and has been a practicing Family Nurse Practitioner for over four years. She is also certified to perform Department of Transportation physicals.

Prior to her Master’s degree, Diana worked as an ER nurse for six years and as a paramedic for six years before that.

Diana especially enjoys treating patients who require critical thinking. She is proficient in recognizing and addressing emergent conditions. In addition to providing excellent care, her biggest priority is making sure her patients feel heard and that all their needs are met.

In her free time, Diana attends her teenage son’s basketball games and loves to spend time with him watching classic movies and cooking. She also enjoys going to concerts, traveling, and exercising.

Dr. Al Daniel, DC
Chiropractor

Dr. Al Daniel earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1995 from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, TX. He has spent the last 28 years dedicated to pain relief and patient care.

He is also the Texas Chiropractic Regional Director for District 4 and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management. He has also earned a D.O. in Texas Worker’s Compensation Certification and a Certificate in Acupuncture.

Dr. Daniel’s philosophy is that the key to pain management and treatment starts with thoroughly diagnosing the problem. Once diagnosed, he is committed to solving his patients’ issues using his experience, vast knowledge, and a multidisciplinary team. His goals are to achieve as close to complete rehabilitation as possible for every patient and to teach people how to live a longer, healthier, pain-free life.
